這次的寒流，有感覺變強壯。

以前的沙力寒流要洋蔥穿法…..加起來要5件，更別說在法國買了一件滑雪衛生衣，是我的寶物。

然，今年，寶物還躺在衣櫥哩。每天就是一件內搭的小背心，一般高領或薄長袖衫，Zara的牛仔長外套，當然圍巾一定要，脖子暖很重要，喔，當然，老人家了，大頭到照顧一下，所以英國製的羊毛小毛黑帽很重要低。阿就這樣走在路上^^。

呵呵，推薦一下沙粒每日保健聖品：

J CPC Seal Oil海豹油膠囊：早上下午空腹一顆(這是素的喔，因為沒有殺掉可愛的海豹喔)，本人瘦歸瘦，但膽固醇快要超過臨界點。得控制。

J 暢快人生：吃飽飯，來一口，ㄟ，幫助消化及popo^^

J 綠寶綠藻片：這是有健康食品標章的喔，可以調節免疫功能。一天他說20顆…莎莉每天下午5點吃10顆。
